How to Make Japanese Beef Teriyaki, Part 2
- clearstatic: what cut of beef is that?
- rhytymic: @TheRogueMonk and now u can't even read properly = =0
- superjuval: I love cooking and I enjoy the Epicurious website. HOWEVER, I'm disappointed by this recipe. I'm sure that it tastes good and I don't discredit this recipe for its flavor. BUT regarding its authenticity - ESPECIALLY when advertising "around the world," this recipe is disappointing. All my years in Japan, and in professional Japanese kitchens in America, I have never seen a more American dish.
- rhytymic: @TheRogueMonk okay in the 1st part of this vid u mentioned u can't used Soy Sauce, and now u can't even spell alcohol, WTF?
- cirkus0jordan: this isnt japanese cooking at all ...
if you wan real japanese cooking check out "cookingwithdog"
- witchman1: In the info it says: prepared by an american chef. Whats the big deal? Seems spot on to me.
- Jake Kim: This is disgusting .. cooked by amateur cook.
I'm actually very sick of Japanese food made by Chinese cook. They never got it right.
- Bright Vue: why they do pick a clueless host. sheesh.
- petesoi1: the blonde is hilariously idiotic :D
- d s: she's chinese
- deepdeep1982: Hmm, it looks very Chinese style to me -_- firstly, we don't mix meat, rice, vegetable all together in one plate. I'd like to try this new food though
- nls8520: You should include a recipe list for those that want to make at home.
- Shadow Heart: how can you make teryaki without alchohole ? all that alcohole ?
- ToySouljah: Real answer? Cause she's pretty to look at it. That's the sad truth.
- 화랑: sorry but this sauce reminds me more of bulgoki than teriyaki
- Shadow Heart: @rhytymic well you just said "u cant used soy"
also i dont use that word alcohol so much that is why i dont know how its spelled very often.
i sugest you mind your own problems.
- Phillip Park: shes not chineses, she's korean. i'm korean and the broken english koreans speak is different from the japanese and chinese broken english accents.
also I can tell by the way she cooked it that she's koreanizing it alittle bit.
- DIRTYDIXON: im bout to make this for real
- RyanWeisel: i like how the plate changed....
- clearstatic: i love this new show!
- Hannibal King: looks damn good
- Bright Vue: she is not even pretty hehe.
- MrPH3N0M23: very juice :)
- Kenneth Hu: teriyaki isnt form japan
- Alan Lu: VERY JUICE
