- RazzyDiane: I think the chef on the show is very qualified to teach and to explain what he is doing, but they intentionally do not state everything thus making the second person appear useful. She probably was following a script in the questions she asked. I think they had two people just to make it more interesting. I will say that when Paula Deen talks about her cooking she is not nearly as fun as when there is another person there, so maybe they felt something like that in this case.

- M. M.: I have to agree with nina, I lived in Sicily for awhile with my pops and he showed me how they made them. There was meat inside and cheese. I like the concept of making them small. Mine are always pretty large, I didn't think that they were baked just fried.
